Next Celtic Manager Odds Continue To Point To Neil Lennon
The Scottish Premier League has been over for a matter of days but Celtic are eager to end the speculation surrounding their Next Manager, all the indications are that Neil Lennon has done enough to secure the job on a permanent basis. Tony Mowbray was sacked earlier this year after a difficult time as a Manger with Lennon employed on a temporary basis until the end of the season, Lennon made it clear at the time that he was after the job on a full time basis and that wish appears to be coming true. Although the Hoops ended the season without a trophy, their form did pick up over the last couple of months of the season and the Sack Race understands that Lennon will now be given the job on a more formal basis.
The worry about Lennon from Celtic fans was his lack of experience in Management but he is popular from his playing days at Celtic Park and should get the backing from the faithful. Celtic fans will be desperate to overturn Rangers in the League next season after losing out to their great rivals for the past two season’s, Walter Smith and Rangers had wrapped up the title with several games to go this season which for a club like Celtic was and is unacceptable.
