Welcome to our star rating system for the top Managers in English football as they plot their way through the season in order to bring success to their club,whilst under immense pressure from the board, supporters and the press. We will be monitoring each Manager closely as the season progresses and putting them through the Sack Race job security, which givea them a rating between 0 stars and 5 stars. A Manager who is rock solid in their job and is in no way under pressure will be awarded 5 stars and likewise a Manager who is under serious pressure with his team struggling may well be awarded 0 stars.
