Billy Davies is one of the most experience Championship managers around having been in charge of the likes of Preston, Nottingham Forest and Derby. He is currently out of work having been rather harshly sacked by Forest at the end of the 2010/11 season. He has since been linked with a number of clubs and he is sure to find a job in the near future.
Davies is currently being linked with the vacancy at Hull City, emerging as the hot favourite in the betting.
Davies is an experienced manager who has been in charge of club's in the Premier League, Championship and SPL. Arguably his greatest achievement was leading Derby to success in the Championship play-offs in 2005/06 which meant they won promotion to the Premier League. He has won numerous Manager of the Month awards and in fact hold's the Championship record with Neil Warnock.
