Bruno Ribeiro was a surprise appointment at Port Vale after Rob Page departed for Northampton Town. The former Leeds midfielder, who is a close friend of Jose Mourinho, took charge of Posh in June 2016, signing a three-year deal with the club.
Ribeiro has had two spells in charge of Vitoria, while he's managed a number of other Portuguese sides as well as Bulgarian outfit Ludogorets Razgrad.
