Danny Wilson has been in football management for over 20 years, where he has bagged some notable achievements, and is one of the most experienced managers in the Football League.

Handed the coveted title of 1997 LMA Football Manager of the Year when at Barnsley, he has also had successful spells at Bristol City and Hartlepool United, with the latter seeing him mastermind a runner-up spot in the 2006/07 League Two campaign.

Wilson has also managed Sheffield Wednesday, MK Dons, Swindon Town, Sheffield United, and most recently Chesterfield, which just emphasises the fact that he is a vastly experienced manager in the lower leagues.
