Justin Edinburgh is the manager of League One side Gillingham, a position he has held since February 2015 after leaving Newport County.
Edinburgh, who previously led the Exiles up into the Football League for the first time in 25 years, went on to steer the Gills clear of the relegation zone and up into 12th spot. The 2015/16 season started off as a huge success, with the Gills eyeing up promotion to the Championship, however they tailed off at the end.

The Sack Race's Opinion
Justin Edinburgh proved in his time at Newport County that he has the ability to get the best out of his teams, gaining promotion in 2013. At Gillingham he has further enhanced his credentials as his new side sit near the top of the table and a promotion to the Championship could see his stock rise even higher.
