Marco Silva is the manager of Watford after switching from Hull in late May 2017.
Silva previously had a brief spell in charge of Hull, but despite impressing in the dugout, he was unable to save the club from the dreaded drop down to the Championship, and shortly after he activated his release clause.
Silva has previously enjoyed success with Greek outfit Olympiakos, and Portugal sides Sportling Lisbon and Estoril.
At Estoril Silva led the club to the Segunda Liga title, which was followed by hugely impressive back-to-back 5th and 4th place finishes in the top-flight, and thus Europa League qualification.
At Sporting Silva hoisted the Taca de Portugal, which was followed by Greek Super League success with Olympiakos, where he accumulated a stunning 79% winning record.
