Neil McDonald has worked his way through the ranks, with his most recent spell in charge of Blackpool.

He started off as a coach at Bolton and he was Iain Dowie's assistant at Crystal Palace before taking his first steps into management with Carlisle and a five week spell with Swedish side Osterunds, who he saved from relegation.

Since then, McDonald has been Sam Allardyce's assistant at Blackburn and West Ham before returning to management with Blackpool.
