Ronny Deila is currently in one if the most high pressure jobs in football: manager of Scottish giants Celtic.
On arriving at Parkhead Deila had huge boots to fill following the success of former Hoops boss Neil Lennon who led the SPL side to a hat-trick of consecutive league titles.
It's safe to say that Deila is never too far away from pressure, with his position coming under scrutiny on a number of occasions. However, the Norwegian did lead the club to a league and cup double in his first season in charge, although European failures have counted against him.
It was orgasmic, if I can say that. Maybe even better than that! I am very proud of the team. To celebrate today with the players and the fans was fantastic.
When you put the Celtic shirt on you must give 100%.

The Sack Race's Opinion
Like most managers who take charge of one of Scotland's big guns, Ronny Deila has experienced overwhelming pressure to win. Deila led Celtic to the league and cup double in his first season, but a mixed 2015/16 campaign could hurt him dear come the end of the campaign.
