Next Dundee United Manager Betting
SPL side Dundee United are reportedly due to appoint Jackie McNamara as their new manager following the departure of long-standing boss Peter Houston on Monday 28th January. McNamara is currently in charge of Patrick Thistle but will be unveiled as the new United boss on Wednesday.
Terrors have been one of the most competitive and vastly improved teams in the SPL over the past few seasons. They have finished in the top five for the past five campaigns, and their 4th place finish in 2012 saw them qualify for the Europa League for the second season in succession.
Dundee United won the 2010 Scottish Cup after thumping Ross County 3-0 in the Final at Hampden Park. In 2008 they lost the 2008 Scottish League Cup Final to Rangers in agonizing fashion on penalties.
Manager Peter Houston has been in charge at Tannadice Park since 2010 and he has steered the club to three top four finishes since he arrived, and the fans will be hoping they can continue the fine form into the new season.
