Republic of Ireland appointed Martin O'Neill as their new manager on 6th November 2013, with Roy Keane coming in as his assistant. The dream duo will be tasked with transforming the fortunes of the national side who endured a disappointing 2014 World Cup qualifying campaign, which resulted in Giovanni Trapattoni losing his job.
O'Neill and Keane have been handed two-year deals and will be tasked with leading Ireland through to Euro 2016. However, first up they will face international friendlies against Latvia and Poland later this month.
