Jim Gannon has been named as the new manager of Blue Square Bet Premier side Stockport County. Gannon was the odds-on favourite in the betting and will now begin his second stint in charge of the team. He took over from Dietmar Hamann who resigned as Stockport County manager back in November after just four months in charge.
Stockport County have racked up 8 wins in the last 10 games, losing only to Kidderminster Harriers and drawing with Chorley. Stockport County have chalked up 21 goals in the process while conceding 11 achieving 25 points and a 10 goal difference.
