Darren Wassall's managerial experience may be limited, but he'll be looking to learn the trade fast as he bids to lead Derby County out of the Championship and up into the Premier League.

Wassall stepped up to the plate for a second time in February 2016, following the sacking of Paul Clement, except this time he was handed the job until the end of the season, with his main task leading the Rams up to the Premier League.

Darren Wassall Quotes

The 'Derby Way' is simple...we want to be very hard to beat.

I am just going to be myself. I will manage the team the way I want to manage the team. Whether that is different or not is for other people to judge, I will do it my way.

Anybody would be a fool not to want this job (Derby), it is a brilliant club. Outside the Premier League, or indeed in the Premier League, there are not many better clubs.
