Justin Edinburgh is back in the Job Centre after losing his job at Northampton Town. Edinburgh became the first manager from the top-4 tiers to lose his job in the 2017/18 season following a shocking start in which the Cobblers lost each of their opening League One games.

Edinburgh, who previously led the Exiles up into the Football League for the first time in 25 years, went on to steer the Gills clear of the relegation zone and up into 12th spot. The 2015/16 season started off as a huge success, with the Gills eyeing up promotion to the Championship, however they tailed off at the end.

Justin Edinburgh Quotes

You need to have an ambition to try and over achieve and that's the task we'll set to the players. If you do that then you're going to be successful.

Your philosophy has got to be winning football matches with a certain style, but winning breeds confidence, and any person that has played football knows that plays a major part in the way you play.
