Karl Robinson was appointed the new Charlton boss in November 2016.

Robinson served as the manager of MK Dons from May 2010 until he left via mutual consent on 23rd October 2016.

Robinson is one of the brightest, young managers in England, and won a number of plaudits for leading his troops to promotion up the Championship in 2014/15.

At the age of just 29 Robinson became the youngest man ever to attain the UEFA Pro Licence. Robinson may have no top level playing career to talk of, but his reputation as a forward thinking, development coach is building quickly.
