Paul Trollope is the former head coach of Cardiff City - a post he only held between May and October 2016, following the club's decision to send him packing.

Trolloped stepped into management with Bristol Rovers in a joint role with Lennie Lawrence. Under the duo the club finishes runners-up in the 2007 Football League Trophy, promotion up to League One, and the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. After five years at the helm Trollope lost his job in December 2010.

Trollope has since held the position of first-team coach at Birmingham, Norwich, Brighton, then Cardiff.
