Managers Looking To Get New Premier League Season Off To A Good Start

Its been a long dark Summer for Football fans in England this year with nothing but the failure of the National team to focus on, but fear not as the new Premier League season is back and it is looking more competitive than ever. Managers up and and down the nation are busy preparing themselves and their teams for a long season whether it it be Sir Alex and Carlo Ancelotti fighting it out for the title or Ian Holloway and Roberto Di Matteo fighting to just keep their teams in the Premier League after promotion. Some Managers will be in for a tough time this season, indeed we have already seen Martin O'Neill bite the dust before a ball has been kicked and there will be a few Managers looking over their shoulders if the new season does not go to plan.

At the top of the table there is no longer a big four monopoly as once was with Spurs, Man City, Everton and Aston Villa joining the traditional big guns of Man United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool in the fight for dominance, seven into four does not go which will ensure that a number of the Managers at the top will be left disappointed come next May. This is closely reflected in the Next Premier League Manager To be Sacked Bettingwith some great value on offer for a number of top managers in the market, Roberto Mancini is of course the main man here having spent a fortune at Man City once again this Summer. He will know that he must take City into the top four and towards a title challenge this year, a poor start to the season will surely see him follow Mark Hughes who was sacked having only lost two games.

There is a whole level of pressure down at the bottom of the Premier League with several teams fighting for their lives and their Premier League status, three teams will slip through the trap door leaving their Managers tearing their hair out as they look to find the answers. The likes of Ian Holloway and Roberto Di Matteo will be aiming for that 4th from bottom place which will ensure survival, Chris Hughton at Newcastle is also another with a tough time ahead as he looks to build on promotion from the Championship by consolidating their Premier League status.

The Sack Race will of course be keeping a close eye on the Premier League Managers this season as the cream rise to the top and the rest fall away into the Managerial doldrums, it is the best league in the world but with that comes pressure like no other so there is sure to be the usual casualties along the way. A good start to the season will be important for every Manager in the Premier League, it could well set the tone for the upcoming season while a couple of early defeats could prove fatal to a teams chances of achieving their goals.
