Paco Jemez shock early favourite to succeed Mark Warburton at Brentford

Bookmakers Sky Bet have finally got their act together and opened up the Next Brentford Manager Market, and there are a few surprises in the frame to succeed the departing Mark Warburton.
At this early stage in the proceedings it's the Rayo Vallecano head coach Paco Jemez who has been installed as the shock 4/1 favourite to become the man to take a prime seat in the Griffin Park dugout. The Spaniard, who is also being linked with Real Madrid, is out of contract at the end of the season, and is understood to be tempted by a move to England, but whether he'll be keen to work outside the Premier League is unknown.
However, if reports are true then Jemez is rumoured not to be in the mix for the imminent vacancy. With this in mind it may be best to take a glance at the other candidates in the betting, which include Burton boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink at 10/1, and FC Midtjylland manager Glen Riddersholm, who is available at the same price.
Meanwhile, Martin Jol is also in the mix at 12/1, although an appointment seems unlikely considering that Brentford owner Matthew Benham has tweeted that the Dutchman is not on the club's radar. Elsewhere MK Dons gaffer Karl Robinson is also available at 12/1, while Gary Rowett of Birmingham City can be found at 17/1.
