Chris Coleman odds-on favourite for Hull City job

Hull City are widely expected to make a managerial appointment in the next 24 hours, with Chris Coleman currently the odds-on favourite in the betting, although no contact has been made.
Hull have been without a boss since Steve Bruce surprisingly left his post on 22nd August. A number of bosses have been linked with the Premier League post, but it's Coleman who has led the way since Saturday.

Coleman's standing has never been higher following a simply superb summer with Wales. The Welshman led his country through to the semi-finals of Euro 2016, and has since targeted qualification through to the 2018 World Cup, with the qualifying campaign just over a month away.
However, the chance to manage in the Premier League once again will no doubt turn Coleman's head. But, the 46-year-old is obviously under contract, meaning Hull would have to shed out £250,000 in compensation to the Welsh FA.
One man who has been hotly linked with Hull is the former Everton manager Roberto Martinez (3/1, Paddy Power). The Spaniard has been right in the frame since Bruce's surprise departure, as has Mike Phelan (20/1, Paddy Power).
Elsewhere, the former West Ham manager Gianfranco Zola, Le Havre's Bob Bradley, and Birmingham City's Gary Rowett can be backed at 6/1, 12/1, and 20/1 respectively in the betting.
