Sean O'Driscoll on last legs at Bristol City

Sean O'Driscoll's job is on the line after Bristol City's appalling run of form was extended to 21 league games without a win on Tuesday after they fell to a 2-1 defeat at home to Brentford. The under-fire boss has now remarkably failed to lead his struggling League One side to a victory since early March, and should they suffer yet another defeat away to Carlisle on Saturday, his torrid spell in charge could come to an end.
In the aftermath of the Brentford defeat O'Driscoll's frustration was clear to see after he reacted angrily to questions probing whether he was still up for the job. In truth his record at Ashton Gate makes for dismal reading, with the 56-year-old losing 19 of his 37 games in charge since taking over at the start of the year.
City supporters watched in despair last season as their struggling side were relegated from the Championship, and the Robins have so far shown no signs of improvement in the third-tier. They are currently marooned at the bottom after failing to win any of their opening 12 games (drawing six and losing six), while they worryingly have kept just one clean sheet in their last 21 league matches.
