Bolton Fans Turn On Manager Gary Megson

The owners of a football club will generally hold firm until one thing happens and that's when the fans start to call for action and this is what happened at the Reebox stadium last night as Hull came back from a two goal deficit to earn a point. What gaulled the home supporters was not so much that they gave up the two goal lead but that their manager took off their main striker in the last twenty minutes Ivan Klasnic in an attempt to defend their lead.
Megson has come out in his own defence highlighting that he has done this before with success and their were no complaints on that occasion, however, Mr Megson should know better as when his actions don't work he is the one in the firing line.
In an interview after the match Megson made some very good points in his defence, not so much about his decision to try and hold on to their lead but more about the financial pressures the club are facing and this has resulted in him selling players and reducing the wage bill of the club. Bolton have only lost one in their last six match and not lost in their last four matches and are as big as 3/1 with Paddy Power Bookmakers for relegation this season.
