West Ham have no intention of sacking Slaven Bilicby Jack Kitson / 05 December 2016, 15:29Tweet
Slaven Bilic is safe at West Ham and will be given time to arrest the club's slump, according to Sky Sports News.
Sky Sources claim that the struggling Hammers have no intention of sacking the under-fire Bilic, whose troops fell to a crushing 5-1 defeat at home to Arsenal last weekend.
Earlier today (Monday) Sky Bet installed Bilic as the new 13/8 favourite in the Premier League Sack Race, however he is currently priced at 15/8 alongside Swansea gaffer Bob Bradley, while Alan Pardew is in hot pursuit at 5/2.
The dismal defeat to the Gunners extended the Iron's winless streak to five games, while it left them one point above the relegation zone with only a dozen points from 14 games.
Worryingly the Hammers have now conceded a whopping 29 goals this term, which doesn't put them in a great position ahead of their visit to Liverpool, who have blasted in a league-high 35 goals.
On current form few would back the 19/2 priced Hammers to pull off a shock victory at Anfield, however Bilic's troops will be expected to rack up the points in their following games against Burnley, Hull, Swansea and Leicester.
If not, the Croatian will be toast.
