Mansfield Town are managed by managed by John Dempster who replaced David Flitcroft in May 2019.
Mansfield were taken over in 2010 by Doncaster-based businessman John Radford. The club went on to reach the 2011 FA Trophy Final, before securing the Blue Square Bet Premier League title in April 2013, following a 1-0 win over Wrexham at Field Mill. The Stags have previously won Division Four (1974/75) and Division Three (1976/77) titles, along with the Football League Trophy in 1986/87.
During the hugely successful 2012/13 campaign Mansield achieved a record-equalling 12 wins in a row, while they pushed Liverpool all the way in the third round of the FA Cup.
A mixed set of recent results has seen Mansfield Town collect wins versus Bradford Park Avenue & Morecambe while suffering adverse results at Blackburn Rovers, Swansea City, Milton Keynes Dons, Stevenage & Oldham Athletic. Draws against Newport County, Newport County & Northampton Town has seen them show mid-table form at best.
