Time at Club:
Mansfield Town are managed by Steve Evans who took over from Adam Murray in November 2016. Evans has spent the summer of 2017 bringing in a host of new players with the Stags one of the favourites to win promotion up to League One.
Mansfield were taken over in 2010 by Doncaster-based businessman John Radford. The club went on to reach the 2011 FA Trophy Final, before securing the Blue Square Bet Premier League title in April 2013, following a 1-0 win over Wrexham at Field Mill. The Stags have previously won Division Four (1974/75) and Division Three (1976/77) titles, along with the Football League Trophy in 1986/87.
During the hugely successful 2012/13 campaign Mansield achieved a record-equalling 12 wins in a row, while they pushed Liverpool all the way in the third round of the FA Cup.
An unbeaten run of 5 wins versus Scunthorpe United, Grimsby Town, Crewe Alexandra, Morecambe & and 5 draws against Charlton Athletic, Cheltenham Town, Milton Keynes Dons, Swindon Town & Bury has seen Mansfield Town produce 17 goals at an average of 1.7 and conceding 10 has also seen them gain a 7 goal difference over this period.
